Pampas Tour 4 days
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Rurrenabaque – Jungle Lodge.
By car we will depart from Rurrenabaque towards the protected municipality area of the Yacuma River where the Jungle Lodge is located. Upon arrival accommodations followed by a welcome drink. Lunch followed by a boat tour down the river to observe several species of birds and looking for anacondas, capibaras, caimans and other wildlife existing in this nice area. Dinner. (L, D)
Day 2: Jungle Tour.
In the morning we walk for about 3 or 4 hours on the pampas to look for anacondas and caimans. Then we return to our jungle lodge for lunch followed by a short rest. In the afternoon, we will navigate on the Yacuma River to fish piranhas and swimming with the pink dolphins. Dinner and enjoy a night walk to observe caimans and other night animals. (B, L, D).
Day 3: Jungle Tour.
In the morning we navigate on the Yacuma River to a place where we can observe yellow monkeys. After lunch in the lodge we can for a walk in the savanna to observe birds and monkeys or some would prefer fishing on the Yacuma River where we can find different species of fishes as blanquillo, bentones and piranhas. Day 4: Jungle Lodge – Rurrenabaque.
After breakfast we walk or horse ride on the swamps of the pampas to observe birds and the different plants and trees existing in the area. After lunch we will transport you back to Rurrenabaque. B, L.

Included: All meals during the excursion, local English speaking companion, Indian guides, and accommodation in the lodge in twin bed bungalows.
Not included: meals in cities, personal expenses, tips, airport taxes, local flights, entrance fees.
